Terms governing this website and its public information.
Last updated: 9 September 2026.
1. About us
This website is operated by Servable Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12991947. Our registered office is Vulcan House, Foundry Street, Brighouse, West Yorkshire, England, HD6 1LT. HiveCheck® is a trading name and product brand of Servable Ltd.
2. These terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Separate written terms apply to trials, pilots, hardware, subscriptions, support, integrations and professional services. Nothing on this website forms a binding offer.
3. Information only
Website content is general information and marketing material. It is not legal, regulatory, medical, building-surveying, engineering, fire-safety or other professional advice. You should obtain appropriate advice and inspect properties where circumstances require it.
4. Monitoring limitations
HiveCheck may capture and contextualise environmental or building measurements, trends and objective exceptions. Sensors can fail, lose power, be moved, be obstructed, become disconnected or produce incomplete readings. Connectivity and alert delivery can be delayed or unavailable. Monitoring and reference comparison do not prove the presence or absence of a hazard, establish causation or determine HHSRS/Awaab's Law status, and they do not replace tenant reports, inspections, repairs, emergency procedures or professional judgement.
5. Awaab’s Law and compliance
HiveCheck may support earlier evidence visibility, human review, evidence and workflow. It does not determine, certify or guarantee compliance with Awaab’s Law, the Housing Health and Safety Rating System or any other duty. Responsibility for legal compliance and operational response remains with the relevant landlord or organisation.
6. Pricing and availability
All pricing is tailored to individual requirements and subject to contract. Your proposal sets out the equipment, installation, connectivity, support, ongoing service and applicable taxes for the agreed scope. Product descriptions and availability may change before contract.
7. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website, logo, text, design, software, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to Servable Ltd. You may view pages and print reasonable extracts for your organisation’s internal evaluation. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, republish, sell, reverse engineer or create derivative commercial materials without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, probe security, introduce malware, interfere with availability, submit false or unlawful material, impersonate another person, harvest personal information or use automated tools in a way that creates unreasonable load.
9. Links
External links are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, availability or privacy practices.
10. Website availability
We may suspend, withdraw or change the website without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. You are responsible for configuring your own systems and using appropriate protection against malicious software.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties relating to the public website and are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption or loss arising from reliance on general website content.
12. Privacy
Our privacy notice explains how we use personal information. Our cookie notice explains browser storage and cookies.
13. Changes
We may revise these terms. The version published when you use the website applies to that use.
14. Law and jurisdiction
These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from the website are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
