Accessibility

A website more people
can use.

We aim to make HiveCheck information clear, navigable and usable with different devices and assistive technologies.

Using this website.

Pages use structured headings, labelled fields, keyboard focus indicators and layouts intended to adapt to smaller screens. A skip link takes keyboard users to the main content.

The footer’s reading preferences let you adjust text size, contrast, underlining, spacing, font and motion. Your browser’s zoom and accessibility tools remain available.

Status and limitations.

Our target is WCAG 2.2 AA. This redesigned version has not undergone an independent accessibility audit, and we do not claim full conformance.

Tables may need horizontal scrolling on a small screen. The evidence chart includes a text description and a downloadable data alternative.

Tell us about a problem.

Email hello@hivecheck.co.uk with the page, the task you were trying to complete and any assistive technology you were using. Please avoid sharing sensitive resident information.

The existing service commitment is to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five working days and aim to provide a substantive response within 20 working days.

Statement updated for the redesigned website on 9 September 2026.
