How is Home monitoring priced?
Pricing reflects your individual property, equipment, installation, connectivity and service requirements. We prepare a tailored quotation. All pricing is subject to contract.
Is installation included?
Installation, commissioning and any ongoing support are agreed for your requirements and set out in your proposal.
Do connected smoke and CO signals replace an alarm?
No. Approved compatible alarms must be correctly installed, tested and maintained. Connected notifications are additional and do not replace the sounder or emergency action.
What if we manage a housing portfolio?
Housing portfolios have their own delivery, user, reporting and support requirements. We scope an individual proposal through the housing pilot and portfolio pricing routes. All pricing remains subject to contract.
